Hello, I am writing to you to give my thoughts on the gig economy. Robert Reich aptly calls this the "Scraps economy," Where labor has to fight for an ever-smaller crumb of the labor supply This, I feel, is wrong But I feel trapped by the gig economy and can only be satisfied by small acts of resistance like this one. The gig economy is dehumanizing labor in which I have to "pay to work." Sometimes It makes me long for another French Revolution where we can parade the heads of the elites on spikes.
