To My Dear Friend, I would like to disclose to you something about me that I have never shared with anyone because I am afraid and ashamed about it. When I was about 21 years old, I searched for an affordable plastic surgeon. I went to this one to help fix my wide nose. My father has a wide nose and I inherited it. I hate it so I figured that I would feel much better about myself if I did. To be honest with you, it really has helped me tremendously, however, I feel so embarrassed about it.
